Phycocyanin (also called Blue Spirulina, Spirulina Extract) is a natural, water soluble and non-toxic food pigment which is extracted from Spirulina platensis.

Specification: E3.0 E6.0, E18.0, E25.0, E30.0, E40.0 ±5% (E1.0% 618nm in water)

Application
As natural color, food additives of seasoning, it is mainly used in food field, such as ice cream, chewing gum, powdered beverages, cool drinks, cakes, snacks, sweets, jelly, fillings, noodles, mustard, sugar tablets, capsules etc.
